How we handle your information
This site collects very little. Below is all of it — what the contact form asks for, the one thing that sets cookies, and how to have us delete anything we hold.

Who we are
Ashley Avery Agency (“we”, “us”) runs this website. For data protection purposes we are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect, and why
When you contact us
Our contact form asks for your name, your company, your email address, the service you are interested in, details about your event, and whatever you write in the message box. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss working together.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.When you browse the site
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, roughly where visitors come from, and which links get clicked. This helps us improve the site. It is not used to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time — see Cookies, below.We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page visits without setting any cookies and without collecting information that identifies you.
Things the site needs to work
Our hosting provider sets a small number of cookies that are necessary for pages to load correctly and securely. These do not track you across other websites.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device.
We do not set any analytics cookies unless you accept them. When you first
visit, you will see a banner asking. If you choose Accept, Google Analytics sets cookies
(named _ga and _ga_<id>) that help us recognise a returning
visit and measure how the site is used. If you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are set
and we simply do not measure your visit.
To change your mind later, use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page, or clear this site’s cookies in your browser. Declining costs you nothing — the site works exactly the same either way.
Who else sees your information
- Google processes analytics data on our behalf. Google is based in the United States; these transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google’s standard contractual clauses.
- Our website host stores the site and processes form submissions so they reach our inbox.
- That is all. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: we keep contact-form messages for two years so we have a record of the conversation, then delete them.
- Analytics: retained for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to someone else. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Exercising any of these rights is free and we will respond within one month.

If you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU it is the authority in the country where you live.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
